- Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to task processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
- Take us from our current platform, Hive PM, and move us to a platform like Asana.
- Ensure all tasks are set up and templated.
- Integrate the platform with our other systems like calenders, Dubsado, website, etc.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize employee performance/customer satisfaction. The end result will be a fully functioning Project/task management system.
Other duties the student may complete could include:
- Documenting Processes
- Entering Task Data
Students will work closely with the owner who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Zoom, email, and text if needed.
