Phase 2: Execution - Digital Content Creation:  Develop content calendar and create high-quality content in alignment with the strategy. Produce multimedia content and distribute across relevant digital channels.

Virtual Training Modules: All modules will be Inclusive of interactive sessions, benchmark assessments, multiple choice, true or false assessments.  Some will cover legal requirements, laws, policy, procedures, and all pertinent information the participant will be required to know by the end of the module.  Each module will begin with bullet points and oral reading of the purpose, objectives and learning targets or goals. Upon completion of each unit participants will receive automated certificates with their name already which they can save to their documents. These completion certificates are embedded in the smart module and give real time progress and keep track of the remaining modules needed to complete. Checks for completion and be given periodically through automatic updates.  Some modules will be shorter than others and may require reading silently, followed by a signature using adobe; or simply clicking to sign, verify or mark complete; others may require 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.   If participant does not achieve 80%, on their real time assessment at the end of each module; they will need to retake the assessment part, which can be done right away, consecutively, one behind the other giving the participant the opportunity to read over the assessment and see incorrect and correct answers; before clicking retake.  Only the participants we send the link to will be able to access these modules using their login identification provided.

UX/UI Design: - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for website and digital platform enhancements. - Implement user-friendly design improvements to enhance overall user experience.

Graceline Community Inc. was formed by a group of professionals with shared values and extensive backgrounds in finance and business. After many months of meeting, discussing, and researching the need for a credit union that would provide economic empowerment to marginalized people, we incorporated with the intention of bringing the credit union to life.
We are aware of the inequity in our banking system and feel compelled to address it on the behalf of the unbanked, underbanked, underserved people of color across America. Our focus does not end there; we seek to serve women and people of moral conscience who seek an ethical banking choice.
Due to Covid-19 it is hard to predict the opening of our first brick-and-mortar facility, but we are striving for the latter part of 2022.
We intend to offer financial empowerment news, videos, and articles plus we will offer insight into how to benefit from the trillions of federal dollars coming down the pike.
