financial modeling cash flows capital structures
Details

The goal of this project is to develop a financial model that will be used in an early-stage investor pitch deck. This should include projected cash flows, enterprise valuation, alternative capital structure and investor exit scenarios. Ideally, the students would be able to support the implementation of the model into the flow of the investor deck.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- An understanding of the company's financials and current capital structure.

- Development of a financial model that includes projected cash flows, enterprise valuation, alternative capital structure and investor exit scenarios.

- An understanding of the impact of different capital structures on the company's financials.

- A presentation of the financial model and its implications for the company.

Final deliverables should include:

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

- A presentation of the financial model and its implications for the company.

Mentorship

I will be available for weekly calls and will provide all financial information needed for the students. We have already started putting the investor deck together so I can have that ready for project start!
