We would like you to research, develop, and execute an effective prospecting and sales strategy. This will include reviewing our current sales process, researching industry best practices, as well as identifying sales/prospecting opportunities that are uncommon and least competitive while leading to high conversions.
Your sales/prospecting strategy should be creative and innovative. We would like you to define a strategy, generate a step-by-step guide, develop new messaging, sales call scripts, or other necessary means to help us increase the number and quality of leads generated.
The insights that you provide will help our team improve lead generation, enhance our prospecting strategy, and increase conversion rates to drive more sales.
- A report detailing your research, recommended solutions, and a guided roadmap/implementation plan.
- Your recommended sales process and strategy should also include sales scripts for emails, calls, and/or other communications.
- A presentation on the contents of your report and roadmap.
Students/Interns will be able to connect directly with Tristan Kerr, owner of DQ Construction, for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
