To create a Dynamic, interactive company team bio page.

• meet to be orientated to our company culture, slack, trello, onedrive, Squarespace website, acuity scheduling
• meet the team in a zoom meeting and talk about the artistic direction of this page
• find examples of excellent company team pages and make suggestions of the direction to explore with our team
• interview each team member and collect photos, bios, videos and interesting facts about team members, get teaching schedule, web and social handles, ....
• add team members schedules to acuity for booking one-on-one sessions/yoga therapy/private classes etc.
• put together the page in Squarespace
• launch page on the website
• create a post for social media and our newsletter for each instructor that links back to our website (canva, later)

After the orientation meeting and onboarding,

• set weekly goals
• weekly meetings to track progress, give support and feedback
• support through daily interactions on slack
• trello for project management
• onedrive for sharing files and brand assets
• write reference letter at the end of the project
