We are looking to work with MBA level students.

Going through this recession, many businesses will be challenged. Some will have a recession game-plan and some will not. We would like to work with clients to create their game-plan and give them guidance and support so they have the best chance of coming out of this recession sustainable and even more profitable. In late August, we will be targeting specific businesses to bring on as our clients. Our goal from this project is to determine which businesses to target and the best way to market to them. Our goal is to maximize our profitability.

Main Outcome is to answer the following: What is the ideal business to target and how do we target them?

Subsequent questions to be answered:

  • Which businesses will benefit from business consulting or coaching the most?
  • Which businesses will be the most open to our services and willing to pay a premium?
  • What are businesses looking for in consultants?
  • Do they prefer more consulting style or coaching style approaches?
  • What is the best marketing and sales strategy to acquire these businesses as clients?
  • How do we create a niche that is underserved?
  • What is the USP for this niche?
  • Is a group coaching, membership or association business model effective in this case?
  • What is the business model to maximize our profit (goal is to hit minimum of $3,000 USD per hour)
