target market customer serviceWe are a Canadian based organic subscription service and we curate organic products. We are wanting to make sure we are meeting our customers expectation of value, while providing the best level of service for their buck and most importantly we want to discover ways to make our customers happier and more effective ways to tailor our service to conjoin their needs.
We are looking to better understand our target market and audience so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.
We would like students to develop an online customer value, satisfaction and performance survey to identify areas in distress, as well as a distribution and channel strategy for this survey.
We need our customer service to reflect the price paid from the time an order is placed until the duration of that product.
Our objective is to ensure every customer is excited and empowered about every purchase, and the steps that follow the purchase.
