We want an intern to help us establish and implement a digital marketing strategy. Our intern would create a social media plan based on market research as well as mock posts. He or she will fine-tune the content after the approval process and post to our social media outlets. We need an intern who can engage with our followers, develop ideas and be a critical thinker.

We want to grow and engage our target market. A cohesive social media theme and modern look across all platforms is key. WHB is currently on Facebook and limitedly on Instagram, but we'd like to explore different channels and options for engaging a wider audience -such as IG reels and Tiktok (Booktok).

The main tasks for an intern are the following:

• Research the best plan of action for our social media platforms
• Fine-tune and post content on social media
• Engage with WHB audience and share ideas with us (WHB team) on how to further engage/modernize
• Seek WHB team approval for posts and campaigns

I am a publicist at Wisdom House Books, alongside the owner Clara, and will guide and encourage our intern to our common goal of excellent social media. I will be available for weekly meetings and via email and text for any questions or concerns. I appreciate and encourgage communication!
