You'll work with an Esports How team member as you assist us in building a master list of all top companies and career-influencers within the esports and gaming industries

The goals of this master list are to comprise all the locations where job postings will be posted and to have all companies on a list so we make contact them for clients in the future. So you'll work with us to ensure that we've covered all the main companies in that database with the appropriate supporting information within adjacent columns.

This will be a highly valuable database for how we service our clients for years to come, so you'll be creating a tremendous impact that'll be foundational to what we do.

At the same time, you'll also be involved in discussions and brainstorming sessions as we discuss parts of our new BETA service and how we can improve it.

Once you partake in this relationship, you'll be assigned 1 employee who will act as your mentor.

• You'll be adding company entries operating in the esports and gaming industries, along with various data points, into a master Google Sheets document to be later referenced by our team for servicing-based work. These data points will include website, career page, and company LinkedIn page
• You'll also look for various career pages, job boards, and various Twitter/LinkedIn personalities who post about career opportunities for esports and gaming companies. Any career-influencers within esports and gaming will also be included on that list. We're defining a career-influencer as anyone who's posting and promoting career opportunities on their social channels. You'll scan through recruiters primarily for these individuals.
• Be involved in certain meetings and brainstorming discussions to get a hands-on experience of what it's like to develop concepts for an early-stage business

You'll be working with a member of our team, who will explain and assist you in aggregating this data.

As you participate in calls, you can speak with and ask questions from your mentor.

You also have full ability to communicate with your mentor offline through Discord (contact information will be provided).

Lastly, you'll be provided with video documentation that will prepare you for the internship and your responsibilities.
