Project Scope:

• Preparation of wellness quantification models

The primary project requirements include:

Working under the direction of the CEO and work independently on the development of 2 different wellness quantification models, one to be used for companies as a whole, and one that can be used for individuals. The models will use various inputs and provide a quantitative output to assess the wellness of either a company or individual.

We’re excited to work with a student who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve:

• The development of a non-standard financial quantification model for individuals
• The development of a non-standard financial quantification model for business

This is a great project for a student to enhance their finance skills, modeling skills, data collection skills, data organization and data analysis skills.

1. Research and analyze quantitative and qualitative factors to arrive at a quantification model, such as
• Objective data such as productivity, absenteeism
• Subjective data such as wellness questions through surveys or questionnaires
2. Planning, preparation and development of model
3. Analysis and innovation of current industry practices
4. Use of quantitative and qualitative analysis of different variables
5. Analysis of quantification strategies of other industry players
6. Analyze large sets of data

I will provide students with the starting plan of the project which will provide direction as the project progresses. I like to have short and frequent updates to ensure that there is no confusion and to provide feedback and guidance along the way. I am a big believer in the only stupid question is the one that is not asked, and I’m happy to share my knowledge and experience.
