At eeva, we are about to launch a revolutionary household management application and we need your help in determining the best way to do this. Where do we launch, how do we launch, and how do we go about making the biggest splash with very limited resources.


  • Where should we launch in both Canada and the US?
  • What is the total market size for this opportunity?
  • How do privacy laws complicate the launch and should we not target specific areas because of these laws?
  • With whom should we partner for our launch, and how much will this realistically cost us?


We launch in Q1 of 2024 and we need to prepare for the launch with as much data as possible in order to ensure a successful launch.

Deliverables

The final deliverables should take the form of:


  • A final report with details on the market size, and recommended launch strategy.
  • A 30-minute presentation to the founders on the student's recommendations.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the co-founders for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We will hold weekly meetings and status updates to ensure students have everything they need for successful project completion.
