We're seeking a student proficient in graphic design to help us design posters and programs for our upcoming festival. We will be there to support the student in ways they need, providing clear and concise instructions, ensuring the student knows exactly who we are as a festival. Youth Infringement is a youth-led theatre festival held annually to uplift emerging theatre artists in our community.

Programs would be used to shine a light on the artists behind each play and give the audience important information pre-viewing the festival. The posters would be used to advertise our festival and further establish our branding.

To accomplish the goals we've set out we expect the student to:

• Design a poster advertising our festival and it's participants in alignment with our branding and mission-statement
• Design a physical program uplifting our participants and their plays in alignment with our branding
• Make branding and creative suggestions to further improve our reach, readability, and aesthetics

Students will work closely with the General Manager, who is available to provide supervision and/or mentorship in accordance with their needs.
