Students will conduct research, engagement campaigns, and be the first company touch-point for the customers.
At the end of the project, learners will have intimate knowledge about Gen Z people and how they interact with digital health platforms, what they are looking for in a product, brand and online community. Learners will convey their findings to the company management team.
Learners will also be encouraged to get involved in other areas of the business as they choose to. For instance, product testing, customer interviews, customer support, sales calls, business development, event planning, marketing campaigns and other areas that help the company grow and interact with the intended audiences.
Learners will be involved in the following:
- product testing
- product research - interviewing users, recruiting users for product feedback, analyzing data, compiling research findings
- marketing and customer engagement campaigns - events, social media, workshops, media, posters, etc.
- managing customer inbox and DMs and inquiries
- email campaigns
- sales calls
- business development support
- partnership and brand collaboration support
- video/content creation (optional)
There will be mentorship offered, meeting with the CEO every week. The learners will work directly alongside the CEO and product development team. Learners are able to meet with and network with the board of advisors if they wish to. This role is fully remote.
