SSP Systems Ltd is on the brink of launching its innovative cloud POS system tailored for restaurants and restaurant chains. The product suite includes SSP Manager for back-office operations, SSP Waiter for floor terminals, SSP Kitchen for kitchen display orders, and ScanSplitPay for end-user mobile ordering and payments. The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive market readiness analysis to ensure a successful market entry in 4-6 months. Students will apply their classroom knowledge to evaluate market trends, identify potential competitors, and assess customer needs. This project will provide valuable insights that will help SSP Systems Ltd fine-tune its marketing strategies and product offerings.

Deliverables

- A detailed market research report identifying key competitors, market trends, and potential customer segments.


- A SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for the SSP cloud POS system.
