The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading promotional initiatives, executing a social

strategy to drive business growth, and improving customer experience. You will be supporting

and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding

and meaningful.

Who you are

You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and

e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and

growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads

and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely

empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good

judgment.

● Monitoring and reporting data and activity on the website and social channels

● Improve user/customer experience while increasing traffic and sales

● Develop, implement and execute strategies and ads for digital marketing - including

● management of project timelines, content creation and campaign reporting

● Lead analytics efforts to better understand site and user behavior to identify

● opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate

● Track all e-commerce marketing efforts and analyze data of performance

● Create visual and written content as needed

● Add products and content to website as required
