The main goal for the project is to create and edit images for multimedia, including magazine articles, website graphics, newsletters, and supporting blog images for Horizon Search. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Understanding the branding and image requirements for each type of multimedia content.

- Creating and editing images for magazine articles, website graphics, newsletters, and blog posts.

- Ensuring that the images are visually appealing and align with the company's global network and repository of insights from pioneers in diverse industries worldwide.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- A collection of edited images for magazine articles, website graphics, newsletters, and blog posts.

- A report detailing the image creation and editing process, including the rationale behind the design choices and how they align with the company's mission and branding.

Final deliverables:

- All source materials for the created and edited images.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

Students will have weekly calls with the Horizon Search team for mentorship, thought exchange, and career advice. Horizon Search can offer networking support and letters of reference upon completion of the project. Our goal at Horizon Search is to have each team member advance in their abilities, knowledge, and satisfaction, be they full-time staff or student interns.
