As our business is growing, our need for infrastructure management is also growing. Before we finalize our infrastructure partner, we want the students to help with selection and then with initial setup of infrastructure solutions.

Infrastructure areas in scope for this project is,

  • CRM tools.
  • Infrastructure solution for example are Hubspot, Salesforce etc.

More details on this will be shared with students after they have signed NDA.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should submit a final report (along with any source materials such as background research, references, etc) that demonstrates:

  • Understanding of the Infrastructure need.
  • Identify the providers that are good fit.
  • Comparative assesses of the shortlisted solutions.
  • Final recommendation along with Pros and Cons.
  • Implementation plan and initial setup.
Mentorship

Students will connect directly with us for guidance and mentorship throughout the project.
