Create a zoning report, identifying development potential for areas in Southern Ontario Area. Collecting data from each municipality on the entitlements, site plans, variances, conditional use/special exceptions on different zoning projects.

We are based in Windsor, Ontario and this office based position and we would prefer someone to come into our offices to work with our in-house team.

Data Analysis

• Collecting Data on several city zoning by-laws
• Researching different zoning options per city, zone potential, uses and designations.
• Analyzing data and identifying optimal locations per project specs.
• Creating a comparison of each municipality for evaluations purposes.
• Create and present a proposal on findings.

1. Weekly meeting for updates and goal setting
2. Two collogues on hand to provide daily guidance and support with direction
3. Proving the technology and working space in a office environment
4. Websites will be identified for data collection
5. Access will be provided to different technical platforms for data collections
