The TikTok Campaign Manager is responsible for leading initiatives including executing a the TikTok content strategy to drive business growth while improving our customer experience. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

Who you are:

You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in online environments and growing social channels. You are comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media platforms. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You responsibly represent the company as you engage with community across different platforms and are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.

● Develop and execute a steady stream of genuine engagement with our community on our TikTok.

● Improve user/customer experience while directing traffic to our website and increasing sales.

● Research strategies to improve our visibility and reach across TikTok.

● Lead analytics efforts to better understand site and user behaviors to identify opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate.

● Analyze performance and suggest improvements accordingly.

● Create visual and written content as needed.

● Deliver and showcase the vision of the company, its initiatives, and corporate social responsibility to potential and existing customers.
