The objective of this project is for students to strategize social media marketing initiatives, campaigns, concepts and content calendars for 5 clients of Serenity Creative Agency. By the end of the project, students will have created social media strategy proposals, research on relevant trends, keywords, and hashtags, as well as lead the creative team of Serenity to implement these strategies. These strategies will include: market research, target audience identification, keywords, hashtags, content ideas, as well as overseeing these strategies being put into place with the rest of the Serenity Creative team.

Students will need to:

Prepare Strategy Document for each client which includes:

-Background research on client

-market research on niche

-market research on target audience

-content brainstorming and strategy for online presence

Oversee Implementation of strategy:

-Create an organized content calendar based on finding

-Assign content creation tasks to Serenity Creative team members (graphic designer and copywriter) to ensure calendars are created in a timely manner and on time

Throughout the completion of this project, I will ensure students have a weekly check-in meeting with myself, as well as access to the additional members of the Serenity Creative Team. I will ensure students receive extensive onboarding for this position so they have the tools and information necessary for them to feel confident and creative in the tasks. Students will receive access to all of the past documents, strategies, and insights to the clients they will be working for, as well as access to our team's Monday.com account as an organizational tool.

I will be available for all questions from students, as well as act as a mentor in the entrepreneurship world to help guide and foster their passion for social media marketing.
