CityZeen aims to enhance its brand presence and engage a broader audience on social media platforms, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn. The company seeks to attract its ideal customer profile and increase user engagement to achieve a milestone of 10,000 initial members. The project involves analyzing current social media strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a comprehensive growth marketing plan. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and content creation to devise innovative strategies that align with CityZeen's brand values and target audience. The project will focus on creating engaging content, optimizing posting schedules, and leveraging platform-specific features to boost interaction and follower growth.

Deliverables

  • To execute ROI-driven campaigns and rapidly scale user acquisition, bridging the gap in Celina’s expertise in growth marketing.
  • To implement data-driven strategies, focusing on digital channels like SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute growth experiments to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Google Ads automation, HubSpot) to identify and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Andres on aligning marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar, providing actionable insights.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
  • Background in real estate, PropTech, or fintech marketing is a bonus.
