We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

This project will entail researching the scientific and psychological elements of motivation. Essentially, it's the ability for the average person to become extremely motivated to achieve their goals.

They'll also be answering questions such as: what truly creates motivation in people? What elements are included in motivation and inspiration? What elements are required to stay Motivated long-term? What strategies should be used to be better motivated?

The end product is a "how to" guide for creating and maintaining motivation. The purpose is to provide managers and individuals with a guide to optimize their levels of motivation in the workplace, sports and even at home with their relationships and personal goals.

The students will surely learn how to optimize their own motivation along the way.
