This project is perfect for someone studying workplace health and safety. As a small company focused on renewable energy, especially solar PV installations, we need the help of someone with expertise in the health and safety field to help us ensure we remain in compliance with all workplace safety rules. Our work is slowly moving from an office environment to requiring us to supervise at a construction site as the PV panels are being installed.

The student will be responsible for helping create a health and safety program we can roll out to our employees as well as create checklists of the items that need to be completed on a regular schedule such as PPE inspection.

The student will be directly in touch with a senior member of the team who will be available on a regular schedule to answer their questions.
