The main goal for the project is to develop a software product that will assist Nikisar Inc in creating short stories for social justice in the community. The software should streamline the production process and facilitate the use of community members as the cast to bring real-life stories to the screen. Mentorship relationships happen naturally within any professional setting when someone with more experience (the mentor) offers valuable insights to someone with less experience (the mentee). But establishing formal mentorship programs adds the structure and consistency necessary for long-lasting and positive outcomes. In the process of supporting candidates in the completion of the project the mentor will guide them with 5 hours of their time and resources in

order for them to successfully complete the project.
