This project will cover our entire operations and measure our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents.

Project focus should include:

• An assessment of our current strategy, which will allow us to identify our areas for improvement.
• A strategy plan, based on the score assessment, that identifies the areas in which we need to improve performance

A serial startup employee, I have first hand the challenges and opportunities that come with being able to impact a company at their early stages. Being part of Everyday Chemist now will allow for you to truly understand everything that is involved in opening a new business. As a manager, I have taken intensive leadership training so I can provide the best experience for anyone who is part of our journey. I can provide mentorship not only in regards to this project but your professional life in total.
