bibliography organizational change management organizational leadership ethical standards and conduct change management researchThe research project provides students with the opportunity to explore the process by which organizations change and transform with emphasis on what makes for effective change in organizations. Research activities will involve analyzing the intricacies/ details in organizational change management such as factors/conditions that facilitate or impede changes in organizations, and its implications on change components (i.e., change agents, change context, stakeholders, change initiatives, change management processes- the actual change). Findings from this research project will help inform the theory and practice of organizational change management.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Students will work independently under the supervision of Dr. Theresa A. Chika-James to complete the following task:
1. Complete an intellectual agreement form.
2. Complete professional training on research methods.
3. Complete an annotated bibliography on the selected topic by examining each source based on its relationship to the selected topic.
- Organizational Change and (Un)Ethical Conduct
- Forms of Resistance during Organizational Change (Activities)
- Effects of eService-Learning
4. Complete a literature review on the selected topic. Then write a report on the current state of knowledge about the topic, indicating where there is an agreement or disagreement in the literature, discussion of methodological issues, and suggestions for future research.
5. Collate and summarise research findings in a report. The length/ page limit of the report will be based on the topic of research ranging from 5 -15 pages.
6. Create and participate in a poster presentation
Students will be working with Dr. Theresa A. Chika-James on a research project on organizational change and listed related topics. Guidance on conducting research will be provided throughout the research project.
About the company
