The primary focus for the student will be:

• Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to existing processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes.
• Marketing - Complete a full client, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (service, place, price, and promotion);
• Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program. Develop strategies for employee training and development.

Our goal at the end of this experience is: (Indicate deliverables)

• Strategy - For the student(s) to help us capture increased market share; for the student(s) to help us capture new revenue streams; for the student(s) to help us secure new partners and clients.
• Operations - For the student(s) to help us implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize employee performance/customer satisfaction.
• Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story.
• Talent - For the student(s) to help us build and maintain a productive, diverse, and engaged team.

Other duties the student may complete could include:

• Create manuals and guidelines for employees
• Create workflow guides to carry out operations smoothly
• Develop employee plans, schedule and operations guides

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: ( eg. Riipen messaging, microsoft teams, email, whatsapp, phone)
