Opportunity:

Are you an organized, communicative university student with an interest in law and business development? Nazarian Law Firm is seeking a proactive individual to strengthen our connections with key referral sources across our legal practice areas. This project is an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of law, business, and networking, facilitating partnerships with accounting firms for our business law division and counselling service providers for family law. Your efforts will enhance our visibility and service delivery, providing a meaningful impact on our firm and the clients we serve.


Primary Objective:

The primary aim of this project is to establish and reinforce relationships between Nazarian Law and potential referral sources, expanding our network and fostering collaborations that benefit our practice areas. As a Business Development Associate, you'll identify opportunities for meetings, speaking engagements, and networking events that align with our firm's strategic goals, ultimately enhancing our presence and reputation in the legal community.

Deliverables

Tasks for Students:


  • Research and Identification: Conduct research to identify potential referral partners, such as accounting firms and counselling service providers, relevant to our business and family law practice areas.
  • Outreach and Communication: Develop and implement outreach strategies to initiate contact with potential referral sources, articulating the value of collaboration with Nazarian Law.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, speaking engagements, and participation in networking events to foster relationships and showcase our expertise.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain communication with new and existing contacts, ensuring ongoing engagement and exploring further collaboration opportunities.


Final Deliverables:


  • Outreach Report: Documenting the outreach strategy, contacts made, and responses received.
  • Event and Meeting Summary: A summary of events attended, meetings held, and potential opportunities for Nazarian Law.
  • Networking Strategy Recommendations: Suggestions for maintaining and expanding our referral network in the future.
