Details

We will be intentionally addressing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and adopting specific steps to implementing an organizational EDI strategy amongst organizations in the B3 sector.

To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design trainings. We have an idea of areas where training could be implemented, but we would also appreciate insight on recommended training and development areas.

Deliverables

We would like to create an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Facilitation Guide, Presentation, & Workbook to deliver workshops that expand on our existing programming. This will enable us to advocate further for Decent Work for Black and racialized women as a part of our mandate.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.

We will meet every 2 weeks to check in on the status of the project.

Students can reach their supervisor by email or video call.
