We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging for each chosen market.
Ideas on questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?
- What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using?
- What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals?
- How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
- Outlining how to enter an international market (including identification of key risks and launch strategies).
- Providing tactical or operational recommendations for a defined market entry/expansion strategy (i.e. hiring/management strategies, cultural norms, and laws/regulations)
- Identifying potential international partners for international expansion, and providing a strategic overview.
Students will be mentored by the CEO and our Marketing advisor who is Forbes top 20 world wide Social media marketer and author.
