The Network Expansion Coordinator is responsible for leading initiatives including executing a strategy to drive business growth while improving our company image. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

Who you are:

You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. You are efficient and effective in your communication and professional writing skills. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.

● Prospecting and communicating across various networks.

● Navigating individuals towards our website and business while building professional relationships

● Develop, implement and execute strategies to expand network

● Lead analytics efforts to better understand site and user behaviour to identify opportunities of improving the experience and conversion rate

● Execute action items across various networking platforms including LinkedIn

● Create visual and written content as needed

● Researching different networking platforms and using them for business development.

A serial startup employee, I have first hand the challenges and opportunities that come with being able to impact a company at their early stages. Being part of Everyday Chemist now will allow for you to truly understand everything that is involved in opening a new business. As a manager, I have taken intensive leadership training so I can provide the best experience for anyone who is part of our journey.
