We Are Going To Market For Philly's Farm and We Need Help

The target market is Chef's and Foodies located within Philadelphia.

We are going to market with 8 types of Basils and 6 Types of MicroGreens grown in North Philadelphia. This list will expand.

We need

  • Target market help
  • Influencer Marketing Help
  • Packaging
  • Website

Distribution is throuh GrubHub and local distributors

Key Parts of the program include:

  • Pics and videos
  • Help Chef's promote their restaurants by showing what they serve and how use our products.
  • Let foodies show what they do, and link to recipes they created
  • Other ideas as they come forth

This is a practical hands on opportunity to test and try your ideas and work.

Students will work in a multi-functional team.

Deliverables

Skills students will develop:

  • Project management
  • Communication in a virtual environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Discord, Asana and GitLab
  • Taking responsibility
  • Presentation skills for a business environment.

Some example deliverables that students can complete may include, but are not limited to:

  • Website development using WordPress.
  • Creating a wiki for internal/external use
  • Integrating our website & wiki with other tools

Mentorship

We use Agile Project Management implemented on Jira.

The team will have a backlog and sprints already in place.
