Details

The Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories seeks to enhance the professional development of its managerial staff by creating a centralized training and resource portal. This project aims to streamline access to essential training materials and resources, ensuring managers have the tools they need to excel in their roles. The portal will serve as a one-stop-shop for training documents, development resources, and other relevant materials. By consolidating these resources, the organization hopes to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among its management team. The project will involve gathering existing resources, creating new training documents, and organizing them into an easily navigable digital platform. This initiative will not only improve managerial efficiency but also contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a fully functional central portal that hosts training and development resources for managers. Additionally, the team will compile and organize existing resources, as well as create or enhance training documents. The portal should be user-friendly and easily accessible, ensuring that managers can quickly find and utilize the resources they need.
