marketing strategies go-to-market strategy sales researchWe are a leader in the specialized sport facility construction industry in Canada with almost 50 years of experience. While we have worked on projects in several Indigenous communities over the years, we feel there is both a need and an opportunity to assist on a greater scale as a result of a lack of suitable areas where community members can exercise and play.
We would like students to build a marketing strategy plan for Centaur to become the preferred partner of Indigenous communities for sports facility projects (ie. gymnasiums in schools, sports areas in recreation centres and arenas) across Canada.
The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:
- What is the go-to-market plan?
- Will we need to adjust our scope of work? If so, how?
- What federal/provincial grants are available?
- What are sales goals we should establish for 1, 3 and 5 years specific to the Indigenous communities?
- What investment would be required to implement the recommendations?
A report providing how we can be the preferred sport facility construction partner for the Indigenous communities in Canada. We would like the report to include the go-to-market plan, details of any adjustments required to our business model, research of grants available, realistic sales goals and the investment required to implement the recommendations.
Students will connect directly with the General Manager for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
