Deliverables

Are you an F-1 Student looking for an OPT opportunity while you are job hunting?

We are an Indoor Vertical Farming Company with lots of technology needs.

We currently have an active Intern program - generally with 75 interns at a time.

The interns range from software developers to finance people. Roles range from junior roles to senior depending on skills, experience, and personality.

All the roles are virtual. Except for meetings the times are flexible.

While we have interns from all around the world, however, the majority are from Arizona State University. We have had students in every time zone. When the team includes folks from Western US and Australia - people learn to be flexible.

We like to say the “Sun never sets on Local Grown Salads”

While we do accept any intern, the majority are F-1 Students using the OPT from graduation until finding a full time position. Generally, the internship is expected to last 8 weeks, but is sometimes longer and sometimes evem shorter. All depends on when the intern finds a job.

We provide the internship as long as its needed it.

Interns who do not treat this as a regular job, are "fired" from the internship.

We provide

- Training with Agile Software developmennt managed by JIRA

- Experience with multiple technologies

- Working in a team

- Working with folks in a different team

- a built in LinkedIn network that expands your job hunting reach

- training on how to use LinkedIn to find a job.

We like to think of our program as a “Professional Training” for job hunters.
