We would like students to help us with developing analysis and strategies that are aligned with our vision, mission, and purpose. We have plans to launch and scale our digital network across the Caribbean region and have chosen locations based on industry prevalence, but need to learn more about the feasibility of these foreign markets, along with recommendations for strategic alliances or sponsorships.

We have first hand knowledge of the region and have done some research from an economic, political and ethical perspective. Although, it would be extremely beneficial to develop a critical analysis of our early stage startup including a clearly defined outreach strategy to attract new stakeholders/sponsors. Including a deeper dive into the feasibility of our proposed revenue generation projections

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• research into specific Caribbean markets
• analysis and visualization of findings
• develop and write comprehensive written report
• Analyze and determine way forward
• Detailed pro forma statements for the next 3 years on international market expansion

• Provide a supervising project manager who will be available to answer emails over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
• Also regular progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
• Provide students with access to existing research
