With the rise of AI in mobile applications - playroom is looking to integrate some of these technologies into our features.

Success in this project will be the creation of wire frames, in line with branding, that can be submitted to developers.

Project Plan

Review requirements and existing designs- research existing AI based app features, feasibility, and review existing app and branding

Finalize- Series of wireframes that demonstrate AI features with enough detail for developers and enough appeal to customers

Design Audit- audit the current user flow and where AI can improve experience and where new features can be implemented

Competitive research - analyse existing AI productivity apps for design and UX ideas that can be integrated into these features

User research- understand users and level of AI comfort/understanding

Usability testing- test AI features on users

Redesign and/or redesign recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work

Prototype- once high fidelity mockups are complete, create a prototype in Figma that can be used to test and validate the designs

I will make myself available at times that suit learners, including those that are also managing full-time jobs/families.

I will:

• make all resources available
• schedule catch ups, on or off-line to suit the learners pace and schedules
• respond within one day (or a few hours, depending on time zone)
• allow learners to share their work
