The main goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive and effective business plan for an R&D project, including a search for available governmental funds. Through thorough research and analysis, the project aims to identify any gaps in the materials currently available and to find the most appropriate format for the business plan. The ultimate objective is to create a solid plan that effectively communicates the value and potential of the R&D project to potential investors and partners, while also taking into account any available funding opportunities from government sources.

Deliverables

  1. Find the right format: Students will need to research different formats and structures of business plans in order to find the most appropriate format for the R&D project.
  2. Organize the materials: Students will need to organize the materials that are currently available, including market research, service offering, and financial projections, in the format identified in step 1.
  3. Develop a high-level financial plan: Students will need to create a high-level financial plan for the R&D project, including projected revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  4. Search for available governmental funds: Students will need to research and identify any available funding opportunities from government sources for the R&D project.
  5. Create a comprehensive business plan: Students will need to use the information and analysis gathered through the previous tasks to create a comprehensive business plan that effectively communicates the value and potential of the R&D project to potential investors and partners
