Awarely Embodied Leadership is a passionate advocate for promoting trauma-informed leadership and empowering women to bridge the gender gap while aligning their work and well-being as they rise. We โ€‹โ€‹want to increase awareness about the importance of trauma-informed leadership and build access to resources and information for leaders and organizations.

We would like to work with students to identify potential thought leadership engagements and partners for our awareness campaigns.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Familiarizing themselves with our mission and goals.
  • Understanding the basics of trauma-informed leadership and the gender gap in leadership.
  • Identifying associations that could benefit from Awarely's resources (podcast, blog, and resource videos)
  • Identifying potential podcast guests and partners, coordinating guest recordings and optimizing podcast delivery
  • Identifying summits, conferences, and other speaking engagement opportunities that could benefit from Awarely's thought-leadership
  • Identifying potential partner publications for writing engagement opportunities

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Assisting in developing marketing collateral for the above
  • Assisting with reachouts for potential opportunities as identified above
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our mission and goals
  • Understanding of trauma-informed leadership and the gender gap in leadership.
  • Identification of association partners, podcast guests, speaking and writing engagement opportunities

Bonus steps would include:

  • Assisting in developing related marketing collateral and coordinating reachouts
