The primary objective of this project is to enhance the usability and overall design of an app that assists companies in selecting the best Learning Management System (LMS) for their needs.

The current app design has usability issues and lacks a polished user interface, making it difficult for users to effectively navigate and utilize the app’s features. As such, the UX/UI designer would focus on creating a more intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly experience.

To successfully achieve the project goal, you will need to:

1. Understand Project Requirements. Review the app’s objectives, target audience, and existing design.
2. Conduct User Research. Gather insights through market research and internal documentation to understand the needs and pain points of companies selecting an LMS.
3. Perform a Design Audit. Analyze the current app’s user flow and interface to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
4. Create Wireframes. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that address identified issues, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
5. Prototype Development. Build interactive prototype in Bubble.io to visualize the new design and test usability.
6. Conduct Usability Testing. Test the prototypes with real users to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
7. Finalize Designs. Prepare final design assets and documentation, ensuring they are ready for development.

At the end of the project, we hope to have:

• A fully redesigned user interface in our Bubble.io environment.
• Improved user flow and navigation resembling a modern AI platform.
• High-fidelity prototypes ready for user testing.
• A documentation of the design process and findings.
