Corporate Holistic Wellness Program

o Research virtual health services/providers currently aligned with our organization

o Create a custom wellness package for our prospective corporate clients and their employees.

o Consider value offering with potential add ons depending on company's size or budget

o Consider the 8 pillars of wellness and how to align a service function or tool that compliments each.

Students should consider how to align Gamification or challenges created in connection with the various wellness tools would be a bonus as we have a loyalty program that can be leveraged in order to offer incentives for employee rewards based on completed milestones or wellness goals as a team or independently.

Note: we have a partnership with BetterHelp.com for the mental wellness component. We are also in talks with No Big Deal and Illumination Experiences with their collaborative offerings

Deliverables

Great understanding of wholistic well being.

Diversity and inclusion commitment and values as we intend to market all of our packages globally.

Excellent research skills and competitive analysis determinations should be applied to the students summaries and deliverables.

A clear understanding of the goals being turn key and proprietary through our platform by way of the services already offered by partnering businesses.

An ability to design the custom attributes we desire and willingness to source the relationships to attain for our custom packaging.

Basic financial considerations for best pricing in order to offset the expense to servicing partners , provide competitive pricing for the corporate buyers and still retain a valuable margin internally.

Mentorship

MInimal Supervision. THorough project details. Weekly mandatory team check in call. Mentorship as required and indeed open to any questions.

Always available on what's app team chat for my interns.

Students will complete a OKR each week on Google share to detail their upcoming agenda and tasks for the week ahead which will always align with their objective key results goals.
