Positions available: Four teams of up to three students

We are looking to provide students with HR and Talent Acquisition skills by letting them bring on new interns and use our HR software to gain experience with using HR skills for internal teams.

Students will get experience conducting screening interviews and monitoring internal conflicts to gain experience in the HR field.

HR Project Deliverables:

• Offering counseling services to employees.
• Participating in recruitment processes.
• Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits.
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Collecting and analyzing employee data.
• Using data to create employee profiles.
• Organizing and updating employee files.
• Representing the company at job fairs and college campuses.
• Overseeing employee orientation and training.
• Liaising between employees and management.
• Managing employee complaints.
• Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
