Team members will be chosen to have conversations with customers who are in the pipeline that need to be moved forward. We will use your university / college education to communicate the long term investment benefits of solar for young, middle, and older aged families.
At the end of every year we will do a travel trip to a place in the Caribbean this year! Incentives & bonuses will also be provided for those that exceed expectations

Understand how solar works
Understand how Net Metering works
Understand current government incentives and overall scope of government incentives in place
Understand Ontario's grid orientation
Learn our script for communicating our offer to customers
Call or meet with potential customers who are looking to go solar. Most often our inside sales reps will be on the phones, all of our training will be done in office, in person.
Complete a contact list of leads
Complete initial training for script and structure
Complete solar training and understand how the products & programs work
Complete multiple bookings over the phone
