During this project, students will deliver a comprehensive business plan tailored to [your business name].
Students will act as consultants and deliver the following business plan outline:
- Executive Summary (max 250 words)
- Organization Description
- Industry, Target Customer, and Competitive Analysis
- Program Plan
- Marketing Plan (Can include Social Media Strategy, Campaign Strategy and Communication Strategy)
- Operation and Development Plan
- Management Team
- Critical Risk
- Offering
- Financial Plan
Company Overview:

Project Details:
Provide more detailed information about the project, breaking down tasks and milestones. This includes:
- SWOT Analysis
- Develop Operating Plan
- Develop Financial Plan
Final Deliverables:
- A comprehensive 10-15 page business plan as per the team of consultants' course curriculum.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
