Joining TempIn means an opportunity to challenge yourself by experimenting with different tasks related to talent acquisition, HR, sales, data analysis, and more! We value flexibility in terms of hours and tasks, and we want you to be able to step into as many roles as you'd like. We're small but mighty, and physically distanced but close at heart!

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

• Assist with recruitment activity for one or more of our clients;
• Assist with onboarding activities (interviewing and data analysis) for our core TempIn platform;
• We'd like to know what you're interested in! Tell us something you'd like to learn, or a skill you'd like to build, and we will facilitate.

IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*

• Sourcing candidates using modern tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Employer;
• Taking interviews for client mandates and for TempIn member onboarding;
• Contributing novel ideas and constructive criticism pertaining to project activities.

FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

• Placing candidates in clients' open roles and growing the TempIn network.
