Food items recipes include energy balls, nut milks and yogurts, kombucha, bone broth, smoothies, bowls and more.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- An understanding of the health benefits and goals associated with the menu items.
- Creation of recipes for energy balls, nut milks and yogurts, kombucha, bone broth, smoothies, bowls and more.
- Testing of the recipes to ensure palatability.
- Documentation of the recipes and health benefits associated with each item.
- Documentation of the indications and contraindications of each ingredient of each food item.
Final deliverables should include:
- All documentations
- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
- A presentation to the Curate Health team on the project results.
Regular assistance and communication will be provided along the way.
