The project's main goal is to create a comprehensive marketing plan for Equicharge's new Digital Fleets platform. This will involve understanding the target market, identifying key marketing strategies, Segmentation and targeting, social media plan and developing a launch plan to promote the platform effectively.


Deliverables


- Conduct market research to understand the target audience and their needs.


- Develop a marketing strategy that includes branding, positioning, and messaging for the Digital Fleets platform.


- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the marketing plan.


- Present a detailed marketing plan document outlining all the strategies and tactics to be implemented.
