Our organisation needs to prepare for rapid growth. To help us do that, we need to have the right people in the right places. We would like the help of students to modify our current organisational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities.

To accomplish this, we believe students will need to:

• Research the existing positions and personnel
• Apply an understanding of effective organisational structures in our industry
• Generate a projection for personnel needs
• Complete a gap analysis for the skills and positions needed
• Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organisational Structure
• Create manuals and guidelines for onboarding interns and employees

The final deliverables should take the form of:

• A final report
• Manuals
• Guidelines
• Reports
• Forms

Students will connect directly with the project manager for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
