The goal of this project is to help Appy.Yo organize their work and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The project manager will assist in managing small project's such as marketing and software development. Will focus on building a project plan and cross functional communication

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of Appy.Yo's current workflow and processes.

- Identification of areas for improvement in the workflow and processes.

- Development of a project management system that can be used to track tasks and progress.

- Creation of a timeline for completion of tasks.

- Documentation of the project management system and timeline.

Final deliverables should include:

- All source code.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.

I come with over 10 years of project/ program management experience. I will help guide the students in becoming a strong managers from different perspectives including strategic approaches
