Currently, Dazia Consulting has a website, Google page, LinkedIN business page, Facebook business page, Digital Products Store, Udemy courses page, Youtube channel, Customer Relationship Management tool, and a Shopify Store.

We want to improve the content, keep the marketing material updated, and drive more traffic to the sites.

Ultimately, you will be working on analyzing all our business channels for traffic and trends.

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

• Use Google Analytics or other source to determine the traffic, and other Key Performance Indicators
• Create a Dashboard from the data
• Suggest improvements to the sites for better customer satisfaction.

Digital lead generation activities:

• Implement and enhance Site Engine Optomization steps

Customer Relationships

• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system such as KVCore for the company. Ensure proper campaigns, email, texts, customer contacts are properly maintained through the channel for real estate

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Meetings will be held on Zoom and also review the analytics of the digital sites.
